摘　　要：作为防范业务风险的重要环节,印鉴核对是人民银行办理核算业务对凭证的真实性、有效性核实的必不可少的程序。实践中,传统手工折角核对印鉴方式难以适应数据高度集中、核算流程优化下的ACS系统。借鉴电子验印系统在商业银行的成功应用,为ACS如何规避手工折角核对印鉴的风险、提高核算效率提供了解决方案。As an important part of defending business risks, the seal check is an indispensable procedure for the verification of the authenticity and validity of the certificate for accounting business by the People＇s Bank of China. In practice, the traditional way of checking the seal by hand comer is difficult to adapt to the ACS system which is under the highly concentrated data and optimized accounting process. Drawing on the successful application of electronic inspection system in commercial banks, it provides a solution for how ACS avoids the risk of manual inspection and improves the efficiency of verification.
