摘　　要：矿产资源产业链既肩负着国民经济社会发展的资源支撑,又是构成工业经济的重要组成部分,直接关系到国家的资源安全和经济安全。论文基于矿产资源产业链的资源高度依赖性和对生态环境强度干扰、污染和破坏性特征,以矿产资源产业链循环经济的"5R"原则为基础,规划设计了矿产资源产业链循环经济运行体系,全面分析了矿产资源产业链循环经济技术体系的影响因素,构建了矿产资源产业链循环经济技术体系,并就产业链循环经济系统运行和技术体系实施的保障机制开展了深入的研究。Mineral resources industrial chain supports the economic and social development, but also constitutes important parts of the industrial economy, directly relates to the countiys resources security and economic security. Based on the mineral resources industrial chain highly dependent on resources and intensity o f interference environment, pollution and destructive, according to the circular economy of mineral resource industry chain a5Rn principles, the article has been planned and designed the circular economy system of mineral resources industrial chain, comprehensive analyses the technical system factors of mineral resources industrial chain of circular economy, builds the industrial chain circular economy technology series, and the system and technical series running implementation mechanisms has been in-deeply researched.
