摘  要:针对目前精密播种装置在长时间的播种中容易出现吸嘴被堵塞、播种合格率降低等问题,设计了一种气吸振动滚筒式防堵塞精密播种装置。该装置由滚筒装置、落种装置、振动种盘及加种箱等组成,利用振动种盘振动使其内的种子群做"沸腾"运动;带有负压的吸嘴将种子吸附并携带种子进入排种区,利用重力和正压进行排种;并通过安装在滚筒装置中的导针以实现清理吸嘴中的杂物,可有效防止播种过程中吸嘴堵塞,有利于播种装置实现精量、低伤种率的播种需求。在播种前向加种箱中加入适量的种子,可实现自动精量均匀加种,播种装置加种过程对种子损伤率小,加种效率高,可实现长时间连续播种的需求,播种工作效率可达到225盘/h以上。Aiming at the problems of sowing is easy to occur in suction mouth was blocked ,and resulting in low seeding qualified rate precision seeding device in the long time , design a vacuum-vibration drum type anti-blocking precision seeding device ,which is composed of a roller device ,drop device ,vibrating seed tray ,add a kind of box etc ,vibrating seed tray vibrate to make the seed group “boiling”,with negative pressure suction nozzle will absorb and carry the seeds into seed zone , using gravity and pressure rowing seeds ,and to achieve cleaning sundries in suction mouth through guide pin is installed on the roller device , which can effectively prevent the process of seeding in suction mouth blocking , achieve the demand of precision and low damage rate in the process of seeding; adding seeds to seeding boxes before seeding , can realize the automatic precision seeding with uniform ,seeding damage rate is small and adding efficiency is high in the process of seeding , the requirement of continuous seeding can be realized for a long time , and seeding efficiency can reach over 225 seedling tray/h.
