摘  要:目的识别某玻璃制品建设项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素的种类,预测危害程度及职业卫生防护设施防护效果,论证该项目职业病防护措施的可行性。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用类比法、检查表法和工程分析法进行定性与定量评价。结果对类比项目粉尘、高温、噪声等危害因素进行检测,矽尘的时间的加权平均浓度(CTWA)为0.6~2.0 mg/m^3、噪声的8 h等效声级(LEX,8 h)为73.0~94.8 dB(A),存在超标现象,其余均低于职业接触限值。拟建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有矽尘、萤石混合粉尘、石灰石粉尘、氧化铝粉尘、硝酸、盐酸、氢氧化钠、丁酮、噪声、高温等。预计能将职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)控制在职业接触限值以内。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,拟采取的职业病危害防护措施可行。[Objective] To identify the occupational hazards possibly existed in the production processes of a glassware construction project,to predict the degree of damage and the effects of the occupational hazards protection facilities,and demonstrate the feasibility of occupational disease prevention measures.[Methods] On the basis of the national laws and regulations,the qualitative and quantitative evaluations were carried out with the analogy,checklist and engineering analysis methods.[Results] The occupational hazards,including dust,heat,noise,were detected in the analogical project. The CTWAof silicious dust was from 0.6-2.0 mg/m^3,and the LEX,8 hof noise was from 73.0-94.8 dB(A),over standards. Other test results of hazards were in accordance with the requirements of the national occupational exposure limits. The main occupational hazard factors that might exist in this project were silicious dust,fluorite mixed dust,lime stone dust,aluminium oxide dust,nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,butanone,noise,heat and so on. It is predicted that the levels of occupational hazards can satisfy the requirements of national occupational health exposure limits.[Conclusion]This project is classified as the project with severe occupational hazards. The occupational disease prevention measures to be taken are feasible.
