摘  要:目的对微波消解-原子荧光法测定尿样品中砷含量进行不确定度分析。方法尿样品采用密闭微波消解仪进行前处理、双道原子荧光光度计进行测定。依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》来进行不确定度分析,并对测定结果进行完整表述。结果尿样品中砷含量测定结果最终表述为(29.366±0.705)μg/L(k=2)。结论为提高测定结果的准确性,减小不确定度,建议在测定样品时对其测试体系的重要过程加以控制。[ Objective I To analyze the uncertainty of determination of arsenic in urine by microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [Methods] Urine samples were digested by closed microwave digestion instrument, and tested by double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer. The uncertainty was analyzed according to "measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression" (JJF 1059.1-2012), then the complete results was stated. [Results] The final result of arsenic in urine sample expressed as (29.366±0.705) μg/L (k=2). [Conclusion] In order to improve the accuracy of the determination results and reduce the uncertainty, it is suggested that the important process of the test system should be controlled in the test of the sample.
