摘　　要：目的对上海市金山区枫泾镇2012—2014年报告的法定传染病疫情进行分析,为进一步制定枫泾镇传染病疫情控制措施提供依据。方法对2012—2014年上海市金山区枫泾镇法定传染病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2012—2014年枫泾镇的法定传染病发病率依次为533.29/10万、426.32/10万和545.73/10万;3年间均无甲类及自然疫源性及虫媒传染病发生;法定传染病排序位于前4名的是手足口病、病毒性肝炎、梅毒和肺结核,占发病总数的78.18%;发病人群主要以枫泾镇为主;年龄主要集中在6岁以下儿童,占发病人群的33.31%;发病时间以5—7月份为高峰期。结论上海市金山区枫泾镇传染病防控工作不容乐观,今后应加强对手足口病、肝炎、梅毒和肺结核等重点传染病的防控工作,针对疫情的流行特点采取预防和控制措施。[Objective] To analyze the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Fengjing Town of Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2012-2014, provide the basis for further developing the control measures of infectious diseases. [Methods] The epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Fengjing Town of Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2012-2014 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiology. [Results] The annual incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Fengjing Town was respectively 533.29/lakh,426.32/lakh and 545.73/lakh from 2012-2014. No class A infectious disease, natural focus disease or vector-borne infectious disease were reported in three years. The top four diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, viral hepatitis, syphilis and tuberculosis, accounting for 78.18% of total cases. The patients were mainly local residents of Fengjing Town. Most of cases were children below 6 years old, accounting for 33.31% of total cases. The peak season appeared May to July. [Conclusion] The prevention and control of infectious diseases is not optimistic in Fengjing Town of Jinshan District of Shanghai. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease, viral hepatitis, syphilis and tuberculosis, and take the prevention and control measures to the characteristics of epidemic situation.
