摘　　要：随着现代检测技术的不断发展和人们健康普查意识的提高,肾脏囊性疾病的发现呈增加趋势.针对该类疾病的治疗手段,随着新设备、新技术的发展,呈现出了多样化的局面,从开放手术到腹腔镜技术、输尿管(硬镜/软镜)亦或经皮肾途径治疗等等,治疗方式趋于多样,作者结合最新国内外文献资料就其治疗进展进行综述。With the continuous development of modern testing technology and improvement of people＇s awareness about health examination,the discovery rate of renal cystic disease shows a rising trend. With the development of new equipment and new technology,it presents the diversified therapeutic means of the renal cystic disease,including open surgery,laparoscopic technique,ureteroscopy（hard/soft lens）,and percutaneous nephroscope. The paper summarizes the recent advances in treatment of renal cystic disease based on the latest literatures at home and abroad.
