摘  要:目的对手足口病(HFMD)进行病原学监测,了解鄂尔多斯市HFMD的流行特征。方法收集2013年鄂尔多斯市手足口病临床诊断病例257份,采用实时荧光定量PCR(Q-RT-PCR)对肠道病毒通用性(EV)、肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CoxA16)进行了特异性RNA检测。结果 257份手足口患者标本中,EV71阳性率34.6%(89/257),CoxA16阳性率23.7%(61/257)。5岁以下儿童肠道病毒感染病例占所有感染者的84.9%(146/172),男女性别构成比为1.16:1。结论鄂尔多斯市2013年手足口病病原主要以EV71为主,并且有其它型的肠道病毒出现,5岁以下的儿童是肠道病毒感染的高危人群。Objective By Monitoring the Hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD), so as to understand the epidemiological characteristics of HFMI) in erdos. Methods 257 clinical HFMD cases were collected for speci- ficity RNA detection on EV, EV71 and CoxA16 by real - time PCR technique. Results In the 257 HFMD specimens, the positive rate was 34.6 % for EV71(89/257) , 23.7 % for CoxA16(61/257). Most cases were children under 5 years old , accounting for 84.9 % (146/172), Gender composition ratio of male and female was 1.16 : 1. Conclusion In ordos, EV71 was the dominant pathogen of HFMD in 2013, and other enterovious cases were also found. Children under 5 years old were the high - risk population for enterovious infection.
