摘  要:对单独回收的实际生产的铬复鞣废液进行沉淀、破络和吸附试验,考察了不同方法去除铬的效果。试验结果表明:传统加碱沉淀法中CaO对铬的去除率可达99.13%。对于加碱沉淀脱铬不完全的废液,采用破络和吸附2种方法。破络效果较好的是Fenton试剂,控制n(Fe^(2+))∶n(H_2O_2)=1.4∶1,p H值在5.0左右,H2O2投加量为0.54g/L,总铬浓度为0.31mg/L,COD去除率为29.8%。吸附效果较好的是大理石粉,大理石粉静置反应1~2d吸附达平衡,最大铬去除率为89.46%。The dechroming effects of different methods were researched by carrying out the precipitation, decompl- exation and adsorption experiments of chrome retanning waste liquor individually recovered during actual production. The results show that the removal rate of Cr can reach 99. 13% with CaO in the traditional alkali precipitation method. Two methods of decomplexation and adsorption were used for the incomplete chromium-free waste liquor after alkaline precipitation. The Fenton reagent has better decomplexation effect. The chromium concentration is 0. 31mg/L and COD removal rate is 29.8% under the conditions of n (Fe2+) : n ( H2O2) of 1.4 : 1, pH value around 5.0, H2O2 dosage of 0.54g/L. The marble powder has better adsorption effect. It would reach adsorption equilibrium after 1 2d standing reaction, and the maximum chromium removal rate is 89.46%.
