1482例呼吸道感染患者病原体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的 研究新乡市第一人民医院三年间呼吸道感染患者九种病原体的分布情况.方法 回顾性分析住院和门诊患者中进行呼吸道九项检测的1 482例患者资料.结果 1 482例患者抗体阳性559例,总阳性率为37.72%.其中肺炎支原体（MP）366例（24.70%）,嗜肺军团菌（LP）177例（11.94%）,乙型流感病毒（INFB）126例（8.50%）,副流感病毒（PIVs）69例（4.66%）,甲型流感病毒（INFA）61例（4.12%）,腺病毒（ADV）28例（1.89%）,呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）23例（1.55%）,肺炎衣原体（CPn）22例（1.48%）,Q热立克次体（COX）16例（1.08%）;阳性检出率MP夏季明显升高（P〈0.05）,PIVs春季明显升高（P〈0.01）;0～14岁组LP、MP、IFB阳性率明显高于其他年龄组（P〈0.05或〈0.01）;女性患者MP、INFB、PIVs阳性率明显高于男性患者（P〈0.05）.结论 新乡地区呼吸道感染的病原体以MP、LP、INFB为主,病原体的感染分布与季节、年龄、性别有关.Objective To investigate the latest three years＆#39; distribution of 9 kinds of respiratory viruses from respiratory tract infection patients in the first people＆#39;s hospital of Xinxiang.Methods Data of 1 482 in-and out-patients underwent virus antibody detection were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the total 1 482 patients, 559 cases （37.72%） were positive, including 366 cases （24.70%） of mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP）, 177 cases （11.94%） of legionella pneumoniae （LP）, 126 cases （8.50%）of influenza B virus （INFB）, 69 cases （4.66%） of parainfluenza virus （PIVs）, 61 cases （4.12%） of influenza A virus （INFA）, 28 cases （1.89%） of adeno-virus （ADV）, 23 cases （1.55%） of respiratory syncytial virus （RSV）, 22 cases （1.48） of chlamydia pneumoniae （CPn）, and 16 cases （1.08%） of Q fever rickettsia （COX）.The MP positive rate increased in summer （P〈0.05）, and PIVs increased in spring （P〈0.01）.In 0 to 14 age group, LP, MP and INFB positive rate were higher than other age groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.In addition, MP, INFB and PIVs positive rate in women was higher than men（P〈0.05）.Conclusions MP, LP and INFB are mainly respiratory tract infection pathogens in Xinxiang, and the distribution of respiratory tract infection pathogens is correlated with season, age and gender.
