摘　　要：目的 对比分析锁骨钩钢板与克氏针张力带治疗肩锁关节脱位并锁骨远端骨折的临床效果.方法 选择2013年1月至2015年1月肩锁关节脱位并锁骨远端骨折患者108例,随机将其分成锁骨钩钢板组和克氏针组,每组54例.骨钩钢板组采用锁骨钩钢板治疗,克氏针组采用克氏针张力带治疗.观察两组患者的治疗效果.结果 克氏针组并发症发生率明显高于锁骨钩钢板组,治疗优良率、上肢功能恢复情况明显低于锁骨钩钢板组,肩关节功能评分低于锁骨钩钢板组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对肩锁关节脱位并锁骨远端骨折的患者采用锁骨钩钢板治疗优良率高、并发症少、肩关节功能恢复明显,可推广应用.Objective To compare the clinical effects of clavicular hook plate and kirschner wire fixation on the acromioclavicular dislocation combined with the distal clavicle fracture.Methods One hundred and eight patients with acromioclavicular dislocation and distal clavicle fracture from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected, they were randomly divided into the clavicular hook plate group and the kirschner wire group, with 54 cases in each group.The clavicular hook plate group was treated by clavicle hook plate, the treatment of tension band in the kirschner wire group was used kirschner wire fixation.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The incidence of complications in kirschner wire group was significantly higher than that of clavicular hook plate group, and the excellent and good rate, upper limb function recovery was significantly lower than that in clavicular hook plate group, shoulder joint function score were lower than that of the clavicular hook plate group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Clavicular hook plate in the treatment of patients with acromioclavicular dislocation combined with distal clavicle fracture, has the advantages of excellent high rate, less complication and obvious shoulder joint function recovery, which can be popularized and applied.
