肛周尖锐湿疣复发的危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析肛周尖锐湿疣复发的危险因素.方法 收集2012年3月至2015年2月初诊肛周尖锐湿疣230例患者的资料,包括患者的一般情况、个人行为及临床特征,采用 Logistic回归方法分析其复发的相关危险因素.结果 230例肛周尖锐湿疣患者中复发143例,复发率为62.2%（143/230）.有肛交性行为（OR=16.712,95%CI： 6.072～45.996）、性伴侣数目多（OR=3.961,95%CI： 1.692～9.275）、病程长（OR=2.096, 95%CI： 1.515～2.899）、皮损数目多（OR=1.576, 95%CI： 1.151～2.158）及肛周有并发疾病（OR=3.121, 95%CI：1.268～7.679）是复发的危险因素,使用安全套（OR=0.326, 95%CI： 0.129～0.824）是肛周尖锐湿疣复发的保护因素.结论 患者的性行为方式、患病时间、皮损数目、并发肛周疾病与肛周尖锐湿疣复发密切相关.Objective To analyze the risk factors for the recurrence of perianal condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods The clinical data of 230 patients diagnosed as perianal condyloma acuminate from March 2012 to February 2015 were selected.The patient＆#39;s general condition, personal behaviors and clinical data were investigated.The associated risk factors of recurrence were analyzed by using Logistic regression.Results Among the 230 patients with perianal condyloma acuminate, the relapse rate was 62.2%（143/230）.The results indicated that the risk factors for the recurrence include anal sex（OR=16.712, 95%CI： 6.072-45.996）, multiple sexual partners（OR=3.961, 95%CI： 1.692-9.275）, long disease course （OR=2.096, 95%CI： 1.515-2.899）, more lesions（OR=1.576, 95%CI： 1.151-2.158）, concurrent disease around the anal（OR=3.121, 95%CI： 1.268-7.679）, condoms use was protective factors （OR=0.326, 95%CI： 0.129-0.824）.Conclusions The recurrence of perianal condyloma acuminate is concerned with sexual behavior pattern, sick time, number of skin lesions, and whether concurrent crissum diseases.
