摘  要:本文以甘肃省某18层框剪结构住宅楼的地下室框架柱出现软弱夹层为背景,对该住宅楼进行了检测鉴定及加固设计。该建筑由于施工不当,致使地下室相邻的两根框架柱出现了软弱夹层。因为有软弱夹层的存在,最终导致在使用过程中夹层处被压缩,柱身产生较为严重的不均匀沉降,并且变形还在继续。通过检测得到混凝土框架柱的形变大小、混凝土的强度、碳化深度、保护层厚度以及裂缝宽度等重要数据,然后使用有限元软件ETABS进行了建模分析,由此也进一步的验证出检测数据的可靠性。通过有限元分析同时也得到更加准确的加固顺序以及加固范围,从而制定出更加有效可行的加固方案。有了这一分析过程也将给现实工程中的加固方案制定过程提供参考。In this paper, having a 18-storey residential building of frame-shear wall structure in GANSU province which its basement frame columns appear weak interlayer as the background, carried on detection and identification of the residential building and reinforcement design.Due to the unreasonable construction,weak intercalated layer was appeared between the two adjacent frame columns in the basement.Because of the existence of frame column with weak interlayer, eventually the intercalated layer was compressed in the employment.What' s worse, the frame columns produced severe and uneven subsidence, and deformation was developed continuously. Detailed detection on the whole structure at the scene was carried out,the settlement of frame column is deformation,the strength,carbonization depth,concrete cover thickness and crack width,and other important data, on these basis, a finite element model was estabfished by the software of ETABS prior to the development of reinforcement scheme.so the testing data is reliable.Through finite elements analysis giving a more accurate sequence of reinforcement and reinforcement range, thus to develop a more effective and feasible strengthening program,with this analysis also give real engineering development process strengthening scheme reference.
