摘　　要：目的通过对邯郸市2011-2015年HIV/AIDS疫情进行分析,为制定艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法利用邯郸市艾滋病防治系统信息管理数据,分析邯郸市2011-2015年艾滋病流行状况。结果邯郸市2011-2015年累计报告HIV/AIDS病例451例,2011-2015年报告人数约占历年累计报告HIV/AIDS病例数的81.41%。病例主要集中在武安市、临漳县。年龄分布以20~49岁组青壮年农民为主,50~岁组老年病例所占比例缓慢上升。性途径为最主要的感染途径,其中男男同性传播所占比例逐年上升。结论邯郸市疫情呈明显上升趋势;继续开展艾滋病防治知识宣传,加大高危人群综合干预力度,加强与社会组织的合作,对提高艾滋病防治工作效果有积极的促进作用。Objective In Handan City from 2011 to 2015 HIV/AIDS epidemic situation analysis, to provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods Using the data from the Handan City AIDS prevention and control of system informa- tion management analysis of Handan City from 2011 to 2015 HIV/AIDS epidemic situation. Results Handan City from 2011 to 2015 has reported 451 cases of HIV/AIDS, from 2011 to 2015 report number accounts for about year accumulative total 81.41% of reported HIV/AIDS cases. Cases are mainly concentrated in Wuan, Linzhang County. Age distribution is given priority to with 20 to 49, farmers in young adults, elderly over the age of 50 cases of a slow rising proportion. Way is the main way of infection, including MSM gay transmission proportion rising year by year. Conclusion Handan City outbreak showed a trend of increased obviously ; need to continue to carry out AIDS knowledge publicity, raise awareness of the prevention of all kinds of people; in order to strengthen the management of high - risk groups, strengthen comprehensive intervention; to strengthen the cooperation with social organizations, and improve the detection rate of all kinds of people, found that HIV/AIDS cases in time, to improve the effect of HIV/AIDS prevention and control work has a positive role in promoting.
