摘　　要：目的综合分析4例肝内占位病人的临床资料,得出相关华支睾吸虫病肝内占位病变临床特征,减少误诊。方法回顾分析2012-2014年某院收治的4例肝内占位病人的临床资料。结果通过详细询问流行病学史,行多项实验室检查,明确为华支睾吸虫感染,积极给予病人吡喹酮驱虫治疗、手术治疗,病情均已得到较好转归。结论收治肝脏占位病人时需警惕华支睾吸虫病。Objective A comprehensive analysis of 4 cases of liver in clinical data of patients obtained clonorchiasis hepatic space occupying lesions clinical features, reduce misdiagnosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 4 cases of liver disease in the liver from 2012 to 2014. Results Asked in detail about the epidemiological history, a number of laboratory tests clearly for elonorchiasis sinensis infection, give positive praziquantel anthelmintic treatment, surgical treatment, the disease has been a better outcome. Conclusion Liver lesions should be wary of clonorchiasis.
