甘肃省张掖市监管场所7599名羁押人员HIV监测分析

摘　　要：目的通过对张掖市监管场所中的羁押人员开展HIV检测,了解其HIV感染状况,防止艾滋病在监管场所中传播与蔓延,为预防控制艾滋病提供依据。方法定期不定期对张掖市监管场所羁押人员进行调查,填写调查表,采集静脉血进行初筛,确认实验室对阳性标本进行确诊,数据使用SPSS l5.0进行统计分析。结果 7 599名羁押人员中检出HIV感染者9例,检出率为0.11%,均为男性,平均29.5岁。9例HIV感染者中6例为外省籍,3例为甘肃本省籍;注射毒品者6例,有男男性行为史者2例,有异性性接触史者1例。结论张掖市监管场所HIV感染率比较低,但高于全人群平均水平。应加强监管场所羁押人员HIV抗体的监测和健康教育,行为干预不容放松。Objective Zhangye City, through the supervisory areas supervisory staff to carry out HIV testing in, and under- standing of HIV infection status of detention personnel, preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS transmission in custody and, provide the basis for AIDS prevention and control work. Results 7 599 HIV infection was detected in 9 cases of detention personnel, detec- tion rates for 0. 11%, both male, mean age 29. 5.9 cases of HIV - infected people in 6 cases were Taiwan Residents, 3 cases of main- land Chinese origin; 6 cases among injecting drug users, MSM history 2 cases, had sexual contact with the opposite sex in 1 case. Conclusion Places of detention in Zhangye City HIV infection rate is still relatively low, but was higher than the popula- tion average, custody detention officer HIV antibody should be strengthened surveillance, health education and behavior inter- vention should not be relaxed.
