摘  要:目的比较ATP荧光检测法和实验室细菌菌落计数法检测结果,探讨ATP荧光检测法检测托幼机构物体表面污染程度的可行性。方法实验室使用大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作为研究对象,使用ATP荧光检测法进行检测,分析菌落数值与ATP检测数值之间的关系;托幼机构现场采取ATP荧光检测法和实验室细菌菌落计数法平行采样,记录数值进行比较。结果实验室检测结果显示,在菌落总数为1×10~4~1×10~8cfu时大肠埃希菌菌落数自然对数值与ATP荧光检测法数值自然对数值的直线回归方程(R^2=0.959,P=0.004)和金黄色葡萄球菌菌落数自然对数值与ATP荧光检测法数值自然对数值的直线回归方程(R^2=0.961,P=0.003)拟合程度高,但是检测范围受限;托幼机构现场检测以采样介质种类、班级大小、幼儿园机构级别进行分类统计,结果显示两种检测方法数值直线回归方程拟合度非常低,呈非直线相关关系。结论实验室染菌情况下,两种检测方法检测数值可以通过直线回归方程进行转换;现场检测中,两种检测方法数值的直线回归方程拟合度低,不能互换。因此,在现场托幼机构消毒效果监测中,ATP荧光检测法尚不能替代细菌菌落计数法。Objective Compare the results of ATP fluorescence test and laboratory colony counting method, explore the feasibility of ATP fluorescence test monitoring pollution degree of surfaces in childcare facilities. Methods In the laboratory, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were used as the object of study. ATP fluorescence detection was used to analyze the relationship between colony count and ATP detection value. Nosocomial infection was detected by ATP fluorescence detection method and la- boratory bacterial colonies counting method parallel sampling, record the values for comparison. Results The linear regression equation between the natural logarithm of the colony count and the logarithm of the ATP logarithm of the fluorescence detection method(R2 =0. 959, P =0. 004) and the golden grape of the Escherichia coli in the total colony count of 1×104 - 1 ×108 efu were showed by the laboratory test( R2 = 0. 961, P = 0. 003 ), but the detection range was limited. The field test of nurseries was based on the type of sampling medium, the class of the sampling medium size and kindergarten level. The results showed that the linear regression equation of the two detection methods had very low fitting degree and showed a non - linear correla- tion. Conclusion In the laboratory, the linear regression equation of the two detection methods can not be interchangeable, and the linear regression equation of the two detection methods can not be interchangeable. Therefore, in the field nurseries disinfec- tion effect monitoring, ATP fluorescence detection method is not a substitute for bacterial colony counting method.
