摘　　要：目的了解某军区部队水痘疫情流行病学特征,分析基层部队水痘的流行情况,进而探讨有效的防控措施。方法利用Excel、SPSS、Graph Pad软件对2011-2015年某军区部队医疗机构传染病报告数据库进行数据的提取以及统计学分析。结果 2011-2015年某部队水痘共发病446例,占传染病发病总数的16.58%,总体呈下降趋势。发病时间季节性明显,冬春季发病数占发病总数的67.94%,冬春季(12~5月)与夏秋季(6~11月)发病趋势差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。发病人群主要以战士为主,占发病总数的87.89%。发病年龄主要集中于18~22岁,大部分发病人群发病时间在入伍5年之内。结论某军区部队2011-2015年水痘发病总体呈下降趋势,水痘流行季节性明显,发病人群以年轻战士为主,发病地区主要集中于营区,应针对性加强防范措施。Objective To analysis the epidemiological trend of chicken pox in an army troop from 2011 to 2015, and to provide preventive control measures. Methods The epidemic data of chicken pox from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed by Excel, SPSS and GraphPad. Results A total of 446 cases of chicken pox cases were reported in the troops from 2011 to 2015, accounting for 16. 58% of the total incidence of infectious diseases. From 2011 to 2015 epidemic situation of chicken pox was basically at the same level, a slight decline, but not obvious. The time of onset was obvious, a total of 303 cases in winter and spring（ Decem- ber to May）, accounted for 67. 94% of the total number of reports and significantly different （P = 0. 025 ） compared with the total number of summer and fall （June to November）. The incidence of the population is mainly based on soldiers, accounted for 87.89%. of the total number of cases. The regional distribution was in rural areas and the main camp, respectively accounted for 80. 94% of the total number of cases and 82. 51%. Conclusion The epidemic season of chicken pox in the military area is obvi- ous, soldiers are the main crowd, the camp and rural area is the main pathogenesis, targeted strengthen preventive measures should be taken.
