山东疫苗事件对乌鲁木齐市部分疫苗接种的影响分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东疫苗事件前后乌鲁木齐市疫苗接种状况发生的变化,为政策制定提供参考资料。方法为方便分析,选择第一类与第二类疫苗中具有代表性疫苗,利用历史接种数据,建立2016年移动平均值,并建立正常值范围,进而对比实际接种数量。结果 (1)自2016年3月以来,第一类麻疹类疫苗接种量受到了一定的影响,从3月的10 566剂次下降至4、5、6月的8 800剂次左右,但未迭过正常值的下限。(2)自2016年3月以来,第二类乙肝疫苗接种量受到明显的影响,一度从4 500剂次/月的接种量下降至约2 000剂次/月,并迭过正常值的下限。结论山东疫苗事件对于第一类麻疹疫苗的接种影响较小,并未产生大的波动;对于第二类乙肝疫苗的影响主要集中在疫苗流通与管理上,建议各级紧急采购第二类乙肝疫苗,以保证公众第二类乙肝疫苗的供应。Objective To understand the changes of the vaccination status of Urumqi City after Shandong vaccine events, to provide reference for the policy making. Methods Select the representative vaccine in the first and second types of vaccine inoc- ulation, using historical data, establishment an forest value, and then compared to the actual number of vaccination. Results （1）Since March 2016, the first category of measles vaccination has been affected by a certain amount, from 10 566 in March to a- bout 8 800 in April to June, but not lower than the lower limit. （2）Since March 2016, the amount of the second category hepatitis B vaccination has been significantly affected, from 4 500 doses to about 2 000 doses/month, and the lower limit are breached. Conclusion Shandong vaccine incident has less effect on measles vaccination, did not have large fluctuations, the influence of second category hepatitis B vaccine mainly focuses on vaccinecirculation and management, it＇ s suggested that all levels of emergency procurement of adequate supply of second category hepatitis B vaccine, ensure the hepatitis B vaccine supply.
