摘  要:目的 报道应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟、 踝部软组织缺损的临床效果.方法 对2010-2015年收治的21例足跟、踝部软组织缺损,应用腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣进行创面修复.结果 21例术后皮瓣血运良好,创面Ⅰ期愈合,术后观察无皮瓣肿胀及静脉瘀血.19例全部成活,2例皮瓣边缘部分坏死,经换药后愈合;11例皮瓣供区需植皮修复,术后供区愈合好.随访6~12个月,皮瓣质地优良,外观及行走功能满意.结论 腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣是修复踝部及足跟部软组织缺损的有效方法之一.Objective To report the clinical effect of application of sural nerve nutrient vessels retrograde island fascia flaps to repair heel, ankle wounds with soft tissue defect. Methods 21 cases with heel and ankle soft tissue defect were applied sural nerve nutrient vessels retrograde island fascia flap to repair wound. Results The flap blood supply of 21 cases were good, the wound healed in stage I, without swelling and flap venous congestion postoperative observation through. 19 cases all survived, skin flap edges necrosis in 2 cases , and healed after dressing. The donor site need to take a skin graft in 11 cases. Followed-up for 6 to 12 months, the texture of the skin flap was good, and had a satisfactory result in appearance and walking function. Conclusion It is a preferable method that applying sural nerve nutrient vessels flap to repair the soft tissue defect of ankle and foot.
