摘 要:目的探讨微型锁定钢板治疗掌指骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2013年12月-2016年3月,收治的掌指骨粉碎性骨折19例,采用切开复位AO微型锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果19例术后获得6-14个月随访,骨折愈合时间10-24周。按照中华医学会手外科学分会手部功能系统评分,优15例,良4例。结论微型锁定钢板治疗掌指骨粉碎性骨折符合生物力学内固定原理,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the effect of mini locking plate on metacarpal and phalanx bone comminuted fracture. Methods 19 patients with metacarpal and phalanx bone comminuted fracture were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by AO mini locking plate, from December 2013 to March 2016, postoperative guiding on patients with functional exercise. Results All of the 19 cases were followed-up for 6-14 months, 7.6 months on average. Fracture healing time was 10 to 24 weeks. All cases were evaluated according to Hand Functional Scoring System by Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association, excellent in 15 cases, good in 4 cases. Conclusion It conforms to the biomechanical principle of internal fixation, that using mini locking plate to treat metacarpa and phalange bone comminuted fracture, and can obtain satisfaction clinical efficacy.
