摘　　要：目的探讨微信平台在降低肿瘤患者PICC非计划性拔管中的应用效果。方法建立微信群及PICC专项管理小组,培训管理小组人员,对置入PICC导管的肿瘤患者实施微信群质量控制,并于实施前后比较PICC护理质量和非计划性拔管的发生率。结果实施微信群质量控制后,PICC护理质量评分提高,非计划性拔管率下降(P<0.01)。结论利用微信群作为PICC导管护理质量控制交流平台,能有效降低肿瘤患者PICC非计划性拔管率,提高护理管理水平及整体护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform in reducing unplanned extubation of PICC in cancer patients. Method To control the quality of PICC in patients with tumor through establishing a WeChat group and training the focus management group. The nursing quality of PICC and the rate of unplanned extubation were compared before and after implementation. Results Since the implementation of WeChat group,the scores of PICC nursing quality increased and the rate of unplanned extubation decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion WeChat group is conducted as a communication platform to control the nursing quality of PICC,which can effectively reduce their unplanned extubation rate,so as to improve the level of nursing management and the owerall nursing quality.
