中西医结合治疗训练所致爆震性聋临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗训练所致爆震性聋的临床效果。方法将训练所致爆震性聋患者按随机原则分为对照组与治疗组,对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗方法,15天为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者的近期治疗效果;跟踪随访1年,测量患者双耳听力,观察治疗组和对照组疗效。结果跟踪随访1年,治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为63.33%。两组治疗结果经统计学处理两者差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗训练所致爆震性聋临床效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of explosive deafness. Method Explosive deaf- ness patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with conven- tional western medicine, while treatment group were treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Continuous treatment last two courses （15 ds for a course） of two groups. The therapeutic effect after 1 year was compared. Results After 1 year of follow-up, the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, while the effective rate of control group was 63.33%. The two groups were statistically significant difference between the two treatments （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Wcstern medicine has good clinical effect and worthy to clini- cal application to treat explosive deafness.
