观察凉血四物汤联合西药治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究凉血四物汤联合西药治疗酒糟鼻的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月~2016年3月于我院就诊的120例酒槽鼻患者,随机分成两组,每组60例,一组为观察组,在常规西药治疗的基础上,使用凉血四物汤进行治疗。另一组为对照组,采用常规西药进行治疗。观察对比两组酒槽鼻患者的治疗效果。结果凉血四物汤联合西药治疗的观察组酒槽鼻患者,从治疗2周后开始,皮损程度明显低于西药常规治疗的对照组,两组数据存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者的总有效率为98.33%,对照组患者总有效率为85%,观察组明显高于对照组,两组数据存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。两组患者的不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05),没有统计学意义。结论凉血四物汤联合西药对酒槽鼻患者有良好的治疗效果,能够促进患者的恢复。Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Liangxue Siwu Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of rosacea. Method From January 2014 to March 2016, we selected 120 cases of patients with nasal groove wine, were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group, one group for the observation group, on the basis of conventional western medicine, use Liangxue Siwu Decoction for treatment. The other group was the control group, using conventional western medicine for the treatment of observation. Two groups of patients with nasal groove wine. Results Liangxue Siwu Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of observation group patients starting from the wine tank nose, after two weeks of treatment, the degree of the lesions was significantly lower than the control group conventional western medicine treatment, there is sig- nificant difference among the two groups of data （P〈0.05） , with statistical significance. The total efficiency of observation group was 98.33%, the total effective rate of control group was 85%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there are obvious differences between the two groups of data （P〈0.05） , with statistical significance. No obvious adverse reactions between two groups of patients （P〉0.05） , no statistical significance. Conclusion Liangxue Siwu Decoction Combined with western medicine on patients with nasal groove has a good therapeutic effect, can promote the recovery of patients.
