摘 要:疟疾是目前人类面临的严重危险性疾病,在疟原虫感染机体的过程中,会引起许多趋化因子水平的变化,趋化多种炎性细胞的募集浸润从而对疟原虫进行清除,同时在脑型疟疾、妊娠疟疾等重症疟疾中,趋化因子募集的炎性细胞也会进一步加重病理反应。CC型趋化因子是趋化因子中的一个亚家族,在疟原虫感染的过程中大量表达,参与疟原虫入侵所引发的相关炎性过程,其中CCL2、CCL3、CCL5、CCL7、CCL11、CCL20和CCL21趋化因子的生物学作用同疟原虫感染具有一定的相关性。Malaria is a severe risk of disease that people are facing at present. The process of Plasmodi- um infection causes the change in the level of many chemokines which can recruit inflammatory cells infiltra- tion, leading to the clearance of the parasites. As to the severe malaria, such as cerebral malaria and placental malaria,recruited inflammatory cells can also aggravate pathological reaction. CC chemokines, one subfamily of chemokines ,are expressed during the process of Plasmodium infection, and are involved in the inflammatory process caused by Plasmodium invasion,they are very important to research and against the Plasmodium infec- tion. This article reviews the biological effects of CCL2, CCL3, CCLS, CCL7, CCLll, CCL20 and CCL21, and provides the research progress on the relationship between the Plasmodium infection and the CC chemokines.
