摘　　要：近两年国际油价持续低位运行,对天然气市场造成了较大影响。2016年全球LNG价格持续低迷,出口增长5.5%,LNG出口终端建设活跃;全球LNG进口增长6%,由浮式终端进口的LNG数量大幅上升。低气价对LNG新项目投资、合同模式、天然气运输等领域产生较大影响:通过最终投资决策(FID)的LNG项目减少;短期合同增多,部分长期合同面临修订挑战;天然气勘探开发项目投资放缓。2017年LNG进口需求增长仍然强劲,全球LNG供给仍将宽松,LNG短贸合同量还将大幅上升。In the past two years, the low oil price situation had great effect on the gas market. Global LNG price continued murky with export growth of 5.5% and LNG export terminals were constructed actively; global LNG import growth of 6% with sharp rise from floating LNG terminals. The low gas price had a strong influence on investment of new projects, LNG contract model and gas transportation factors; the passing rate of LNG projects of final investment decision reduced; short-term contracts were increasing and parts of the long-term contract faced challenge of revision; natural gas exploration and development project investment is slowing down. In 2017, it is predicted that the growth of global LNG demand will remain strong with the loose supply, and the numbers of short-term LNG contracts will rise dramatically.
