糖皮质激素联合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素联合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析巴中市巴州区第二人民医院2013年9月—2016年4月收治的带状疱疹老年患者80例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40)。对照组患者给予糖皮质激素进行治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上给予盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗,两组患者均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者临床疗效优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效确切,可有效减少后遗神经痛症状。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of glucocorticoid combined with valaciclovir in treating elderly herpes zoster. Methods A total of 80 cases elderly patients were selected from September 2013 to Aprit 2016 in the Second Hospital of Bazhou District of Bazhong City, which were divided into control group （n =40） and experimental group （n =40） according to random number table. Control group was treated with glucocorticoid, experimental group was given valaciclovir based on control group, both groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group of clinical effect was better than control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with valaciclovir have an exactly clincial effect in treating elderly herpes zoster, it can effectively reduce the complications.
