布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗术后老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗术后老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月—2016年8月于德昌县人民医院行手术治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者采用布地奈德喷雾剂进行喷鼻治疗,观察组采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3周。比较两组患者治疗前后鼻内镜评分量表(Kennedy)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者Kennedy评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者Kennedy评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗术后老年慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效确切,可有效改善黏膜水肿,促进疾病恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension in treating chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. Methods A total of 72 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps patients were selected from August 2014 to August 2016 in People＇s Hospital of Dechang County, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 36 cases in each group. Control group was treated with bottom spray, observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension, both groups were treated with 3 weeks. The Kennedy scores before and after treatment and the clincial effect were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistically significant difference of Kennedy scores was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, the Kennedy scores of observation group was lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension for inhalation has an exactly clinical effect in treating chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, it can effectively improve the mucosal edema, accelerate the recovery of disease.
