摘　　要：目的探讨针对性管理在心血管内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取茂县人民医院2014年3月—2016年9月收治的心血管疾病患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者通过评估心内科患者的危险因素进行针对性管理。比较两组患者护理投诉情况、不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理投诉率及不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过评估心内科患者的危险因素给予针对性管理,可有效降低护理投诉率及不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the application effect of targeted management in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected from March 2014 to September 2016 in Maoxian People＇ s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group（ n = 55） and observation group（ n = 55）. Control group was given conventional management,observation group was given targeted management throngh assessing the riskfactors of cardiovascular medicine patients. The nursing complaints,the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing complaints rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were lower than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The observation group of nursing satisfaction was better than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Through assessing the risk factors for patients in Department of Cardiology,and accepting the targeted management,could significantly lower nursing complaints rate and the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the nursing satisfaction.
