摘　　要：目的调查社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者运动锻炼情况,为拟定社区COPD患者运动康复锻炼科研项目提供相关资料。方法于2014年11月-2015年1月应用问卷随机调查本单位所属社区COPD患者。结果纳入调查对象300例,参与锻炼者220例(73.33%),不参与者80例(26.67%),两者比较差异有显著性(χ~2=0.986,P=0.000);参与锻炼者男115例(37.67%),女105例(35.00%),两者差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.333,P=0.582)。男女性锻炼项目多重视下肢锻炼,锻炼频度多在每周锻炼7次占多数,日锻炼时间多以早晨为主,日锻炼持续时间多在1~2 h,锻炼时发生不良反应率22.73%,多为轻度单一类反应。锻炼项目、日锻炼次数与不良反应呈显著相关。锻炼者的年医药费支出明显低于不锻炼者(t=2.563,P<0.05)。结论社区COPD男女患者皆有参与运动锻炼的积极性,但需要予以有序组织科学指导规范实施方能取得该疾病预期防治效应。Objective To survey the exercise situation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community（COPD）,in order to provide relevant information for research projects in the development of community COPD exercise rehabilitation exercise.Method Patients with COPD in the community belongs to my unit were survey randomly by questionnaire in November 2014 to January 2015.Results Include 300 patients,220 cases patients（73.33%） with exercise,80 cases（26.67%） patients no exercise,the difference was no statistic significantly（χ2=0.986,P=0.000）.Participate in the exercise,115 cases（37.67%） in male,105 cases（35.00%） in female,the difference was no statistic significantly（χ2=0.333,P=0.582）.More attention to lower extremity exercise.Exercise frequency was seven times a week.Day exercise time mostly in the morning.Day exercise lasted more than 1~2 h.The exercise adverse reaction rate was 22.73%,mostly for a mild single class reaction.There was a significant correlation between the number of exercise, daily exercise and adverse reactions.The annual medical expenses of the exercisers were significantly lower than those of non-exercisers（t=2.563,P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe patients with COPD,both male and female,in community have enthusiasm participate in the exercise,but need orderly organization,scientific guidance,standardized implementation to achieve the desired control effect.
