彩超介入下应用正清风痛宁注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察在彩超介入下膝关节内注射正清风痛宁注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将膝关节骨性关节炎60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,分别予彩超介入下关节腔注射正清风痛宁治疗和对乙酰氨基酚口服治疗。比较2组治疗前后Lequesne指数和总有效率。结果治疗前2组Lequesne指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组Lequesne指数均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩超介入下可提高膝关节穿刺成功率,关节内准确注射正清风痛宁注射液可明显改善膝关节骨性关节炎症状。Objective To investigate the curative effect of zhengqingfengtongning injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis by color ultrasound intervention.Methods 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.By color ultrasound intervention,respectively gave intra-articular injection of zhengqingfengtongning treatment and acetaminophen oral treatment.The Lequesne index and the total effective rate were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in Lequesne index between two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the Lequesne index decreased（P〈0.05）,and treatment group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group was higher than 83.3% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound can improve the success rate of knee puncture,accurate intra-articular injection qingfengtongning injection can significantly improve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.
