摘  要:目的观察芪珀生脉颗粒对心房纤颤(AF)大鼠模型超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法采用乙酰胆碱-氯化钙(Ach-Ca Cl2)混合液通过尾静脉给药建立AF大鼠模型。从90只SD大鼠中随机抽取8只作为正常组,其余大鼠尾静脉注射Ach-Ca Cl2混合液1周后,将心电图出现房颤改变的大鼠按随机数字表法分为模型组、稳心颗粒组、维拉帕米组、芪珀生脉大剂量组(大剂量组)、芪珀生脉中剂量组(中剂量组)、芪珀生脉小剂量组(小剂量组)、联合正常组,共7组。造模及给药治疗4周后,测定各组大鼠血清SOD、MDA、TNF-α,并进行统计分析。结果与模型组比较,给药后大、中剂量组模型大鼠SOD水平升高,MDA、TNF-α水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论芪珀生脉颗粒能够升高AF大鼠SOD水平,降低MDA、TNF-α水平。Objective To observe the influence of Qipo Shengmai Granules on SOD,MDA and TNF-α in rat model with atrial fibrillation. Methods Ach-Ca Cl2 mixed fluid was injected into the caudal vein of rats to establish AF rat model. Of 90 rats,8 rats were selected randomly into the normal group,others with atrial fibrillation were divided into 7 groups,the model group,Wenxin Granules group,verpamil group,Qipo Shengmai Granules large-dose group( large-dose group),Qipo Shengmai Granules middle-dose group( middle-dose group) and Qipo Shengmai Granules low-dose group( low-dose group) after one-week injection of Ach-Ca Cl2 mixed fluid according to the random number table method. The level of SOD,MDA and TNF-αin serum of all AF rats were measured 4 weeks later and analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the model group,the level of SOD in large-dose group and middle-dose group was increased and the level of MDA and TNF-α was lowered( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Qipo Shengmai Granules could elevate the level of SOD and decrease the level of MDA and TNF-α in AF rats.
