摘　　要：城市化进程的发展,物业管理的水平直接关系到业主的切身利益,通过信息化的物业管理手段,可以为物业管理工作提供技术保障,达到维护业主利益、构建和谐社区的目标。系统详细分析了物业管理系统的各项功能实现流程,构造了系统功能实现所需的业务类和方法,完成了应用程序编码实现与功能界面开发。系统选择支持B/S架构模式系统开发的.NET技术平台进行系统开发,以SQL作为系统运行所对应的数据库软件平台。完成了应用程序编码实现与功能界面开发。The development process of the city, the property management level is directly related to the vital interests of the owners, property management through information technology means, can provide technical support for the property management work, to protect the interests of owners, the goal of building a harmonious community. System detailed analysis of the various functions of the property management system to achieve the process, structural system functions to achieve the required business classes and methods, completed the application coding and functional interface development. System uses the.NET technology as the system development platform, carries on the system development with the B/S architecture pattern. Completed the application code implementation and functional interface development.
