摘 要:为探索我国东北地区人工养狍脱毛症的发病原因,对发病地区养狍场出现脱毛症进行流行病学调查,对发病场(户)周边土壤、饲草和狍体内部分矿物质元素和一些生化指标进行检测与分析,结果表明:经实验室病原体检验,病狍患处未分离出寄生虫和皮肤真菌;调查地区属于矿物质元素Se、Cu、Zn和S含量水平较低自然环境,Mg、Mn元素含量水平属正常范围。本病与矿物质元素代谢紊乱相关,其土壤、饲料和狍体内的Se、Cu、Zn、S元素含量水平低是导致狍发生脱毛症主要原因。In order to find the main reason of roe deer alopecia in northeast region of china,the epidemiology of roe deer alopecia was investigated. Also,the level of partial mineral elements in soil,forage grass and feed( from the epidemic area of the disease)and biochemical indexes( from roe deer in northeast region of china) were analyzed. The results showed that: the mineral elements including Se,Cu,Zn,and S were relatively low in the environment where the disease were distributed in. However,the Mg and Mn were in a normal level. Thus,we conclude that the occurrence of roe deer alopecia has a high relevance to metabolic disorder of mineral elements and the main reason might be the lack of Se,Cu,Zn and S.
