硒缺乏对雏鸡空肠黏膜中SOD活性和MDA含量的影响

摘　　要：将40只1日龄雏鸡随机分为两组(n=20),对照组,饲料硒含量为0.40 mg/kg,试验组,饲料硒含量为0.01 mg/kg。分别与试验的第7天、21天、35天处死雏鸡并取空肠黏膜(各时间点均为6只),测定其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,与对照组相比,第7天试验组空肠黏膜中SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MDA含量无明显变化。第21天试验组空肠黏膜中SOD活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第35天试验组空肠黏膜中SOD活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。这表明,硒缺乏会降低雏鸡空肠黏膜中SOD的活性和提高MDA的含量。A total of forty 1-day-old chicks were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 20） ： the control group,fed with selenium content of 0. 40mg/kg,and the experimental group,fed with selenium content of 0. 01mg/kg. Six chickens were slaughtered in 7d,21 d and 35 d. The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in jejunum tunica mucosa were analyzed. The results demonstrated as follows： Compared with the control group,the experimental group at 7 day in ejunum tunica mucosa the SOD activity was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the MDA was no significant change for the two groups. At 21 day,the SOD activity of the test group in ejunum tunica mucosa was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the MDA levels were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. At 35 day the test group jejunal mucosal SOD activity was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the MDA content was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Our finding suggest that the selenium deficiency can significantly reduce the activity of SOD,and increase the content of MDA in jejunum tunica mucosa of chickens.
