子宫内膜切除术治疗异常子宫出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术(以下简称NovaSure)对于异常子宫出血患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年11月—2013年6月就诊于吉林大学白求恩第一医院的106名异常子宫出血的患者,51名患者作为研究组(NovaSure组),行NovaSure手术,55名患者为对照组(TCRE组)行经宫颈子宫内膜电切术,对相关指标行比较分析。结果手术时间:NovaSure组平均(1.48±0.31)min,TCRE组平均(27.46±5.42)min;术后住院天数:NovaSure组平均(1.64±0.77)d,TCRE组平均(3.86±1.35)d;闭经率;NovaSure组75.56%,TCRE组为48.94%;NovaSure组术后PBAC评分为0.0(0.0,20.0),TCRE组为40.0(0.0,71.0),两组间比较结果显示,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阻抗控制子宫内膜切除术较传统子宫内膜电切术手术时间短、住院天数少、闭经率高。Objective To discuss the curative effect of NovaSure impedance controlled endometrial ablation on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A retrospective analysis of 106 patients were done from November 2011 to June 2013 in the first affdiated hospital of Jilin university. 51 patients who accepted the NovaSurc endometrial ablation as the study group （NovaSure group）, 55 patients who accepted the TCRE as the control group （TCRE group）, and patients＇ clinical information were analyzed. Results The operation time of NovaSure group were 1.48 ± 0.31 min, and the operation time of TCRE group were 27.46 ± 5.42min. The hospitalization time of NovaSure group were 1.64 ± 0.77 days, and the hospitalization time of the TCRE group were 3.86 ± 1.35 days. The amenorrhea rate of the Nova.Sure group was 75.56 %, and the amenorrhea rate of the TCRE group was 48.94%. The PBAC score after the operation of NovaSure group was 0.0（0.0, 20.0） ,the TCRE group was 40.0（0.0, 71.0） ,There were significant differences between the two groups of the parameters above （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion NovaSure endometrial ablation has shorter operative time, less days of hospitalization, and higher amenorthea rate.
