新疆某三甲医院科技进步贡献率分析

摘　　要：目的评估分析某医院科技进步对医院经济增长的贡献率。方法应用Cobb-Douglas和Solow函数模型分析某三级甲等医院2000年-2015年的投入产出的数据。结果该院科技进步发展速度为8%-9%;水平法计算科技进步贡献率为46%-50%;二次法计算科技进步贡献率为40%-46%。结论科技进步是医院经济增长主导因素,该院科技进步贡献率偏低,反应该院的生产组织状态未达到最优,对此笔者提出相应的建议。Objective Evaluation and analysis of the contribution rate of technological progress to economic growth of the hospital. Methods Cobb-Douglas production function model and Solow＇ growth equation were adopted to analyze the input and output of a hospital from 2000 to 2015. Results The technological progress growth rate of this hospital was 8% - 9% ;and the contribution rate of technological progress with horizontal method was 46% - 50%. And the contribution rate of technological progress with the two average method was 40% - 46% . Conclusion Technological progress is the leading factor of hospital economic growth, the hospital＇s technological progress contribution rate is low, the hospital＇s production organization state has not reached the best, the author puts forward the corresponding proposal.
