摘 要:研究旨在探寻水飞蓟素与ATP联用时对肝损伤的作用效果。70只小鼠随机平均分为7组。Ⅰ空白组、Ⅱ模型对照组、ⅢATP组(0.6 mg/ml)、Ⅳ水飞蓟素组(2.06 mg/ml)、V水飞蓟素联合ATP低剂量组(水飞蓟素2.06 mg/ml,ATP 0.6 mg/ml)、Ⅵ水飞蓟素联合ATP中剂量组(水飞蓟素4.12 mg/ml,ATP 1.2 mg/ml)、Ⅶ水飞蓟素联合ATP高剂量组(水飞蓟素8.24 mg/ml,ATP 2.4 mg/ml)。除空白组外其他小鼠灌胃30%的CCl4溶液1次/d,共3 d。第4 d,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ组开始给药连续7 d。结果表明:与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组的ALT、AST的活性明显升高,TP含量显著升高(P<0.01),ALB含量及SOD、GSH的活性极显著降低(P<0.01)。病理切片显示,Ⅱ组小鼠肝脏的肝索纹理不清晰、出现肝细胞炎性浸润,且细胞死亡数增加。与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅵ组的ALT、AST活性极显著降低,TP含量极显著降低(P<0.01),ALB含量及SOD、GSH的活性极显著升高(P<0.01)。肝脏切片显示灌胃中剂量的水飞蓟素联合ATP后肝脏肝索纹理清晰、肝细胞炎性浸润减轻,且细胞死亡数减少。因此,水飞蓟素联合ATP使用对四氯化碳所致的肝损伤有明显的修复作用。The aim of the study was to explore the effect of silymarin combined with ATP on liver injury. 70 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups. Ⅰ blank group, Ⅱ model control group, Ⅲ ATP group (0.6 mg/ml), Ⅳ silymarin group (2.06 mg/ml), V silymarin combined with ATP low dose group (silymarin 2.06 mg/ml, ATP0.6 mg/ml), Ⅵ silymarin combined with ATP medium dose group (silymarin 4.12 mg/ml, ATP 1.2 mg/ml), Ⅷ silymarin combined with ATP high dose group (silymarin 8.24 mg/ml, ATP2.4 mg/ml). In addition to the blank group, other mice were given 30% CCL solution 1 time/d, a total of 3 d. On 4 d, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ group for 7 days. Compared with group Ⅰ, the activity of ALT and AST increased significantly, the content of TP increased significantly (P〈0.01), the content of ALB was significantly decreased, SOD, and the activity of GSH were significantly decreased (P〈0.01). Pathological sections showed that the liver sheath of group Ⅱ mice was not clear, and inflammatory infiltration of hepa-tocytes occurred, and the number of cell death was increased. Compared with group Ⅱ, the activity of ALT and AST was significantly decreased and the content of TP was significantly decreased (P 〈0.01), the content of ALB was significantly increased, SOD and the activity of GSH were significantly increased (P〈0.01). Liver slices showed a moderate dose of silymarin combined with ATP after liver liver liver texture clear, inflammatory infiltration of hepatocytes, and reduced the number of cell death. Silymatin combined with ATP can be used to repair liver damage caused by carbon tetrachloride.
