摘　　要：镁在蛋禽蛋壳中仅次于钙的重要矿物元素,由于来源较丰富,日粮中未重视镁元素,但许多研究者认为镁对蛋壳质量有影响。本文结合国内外研究,阐述镁元素在蛋鸭和蛋鸡蛋壳形成中的作用机制,为今后蛋禽日粮中镁营养研究提供参考。Magnesium in egg shell is the second important mineral elements just after calcium, because the sources is rich, the layer＇s diet usually did not pay attention to magnesium, but many reaearchers think magnesium is important to eggshell quality. Based on the research from home and abroad, the paper expounds the role of magnesium in pathogenies and laying hens eggshell formation mechanism, soas to provide the reference for the future research of magnesium in the layer＇s diet nutrition.
