摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的45例术后采用羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注的膀胱癌患者设为观察组,给予强化护理干预。选取同期收治的43例术后采用羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注的膀胱癌患者为对照组,给予常规护理。采用心境状态量表调查(POMS)患者的心理状态,并比较2组的治疗依从性、并发症、复发情况。结果观察组干预后的抑郁、疲劳、慌乱、愤怒等POMS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗依从性高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率低于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加强羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注患者的护理干预能够改善患者的心境,提高治疗依从性,减少并发症和复发率。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer by bladder irrigation of hydroxycamptothecine. Methods A total of 45 bladder cancer patients by bladder irrigation of hydroxycamptotheeine after operation were as observation group, given intensive nursing intervention, and 43 cases in the same period were as control group, given routine nursing. The psychological state of patients was investigated by mood state scale （POMS） , and the treatment compliance, complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The POMS scores such as depression, fatigue, panic and anger in the ob- servation group were lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment compliance in the observation group was higher, the complication was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the patients＇ state of mind and treatment compliance, and reduce the complications and recurrence rate.
