摘　　要：主要介绍了5086合金520mm×1620mm规格扁锭的工艺参数摸索过程及最终产品的各项指标检测结果，通过结果显示5086合金520mm×1620mm规格扁锭表面及内部质量良好，符合各项相关标准，进而最终确定5086合金520mm×1620mm规格扁锭的熔铸工艺。This chapter mainly introduces the exploration process of 5086 aluminum alloy with 520 mm × 1 620 mm specfications and the test results of the final products, through the results show that aluminum alloy of 5086 with 520 mm × 1 620 mm specfications＇ s surface and internal flat ingot has good quality, the index arms proved to meet the related standards,and then arguabling the casting of 5083 flat ingot alloys with 520 mm × 1 620 mm specfications.
