摘　　要：习近平总书记提出的"四个全面"战略布局,体现了党中央治国理政的新思路,对引领民办高等教育的改革与发展、培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。民办高校党组织应从管方向、管组织、管作风和管队伍入手,严格制度,严把关口,严明纪律,严肃学习,严守底线,着力抓思想统一、发展保障、议事决策、支部生活、典型示范和考核落实,切实发挥应有的作用。General Secretary Xi Jinping＇s＂Four Comprehensives＂strategic layout reflects the new idea for governing the country by the CPC Central Committee. It has very important practical and far-reaching historical significances for leading the reform and development of non-governmental higher education,and training comprehensively developed socialist builders and successors.Under this request,party organizations in non-governmental institutions of higher learning should start from managing the direction,organization,style and team,enforce strict system,barrier,discipline and learning,and adhered to the bottom line. They should make efforts to grasp ideological unity,safeguard development,decision-making rules of procedure,branch life,role model demonstration and assessment of implementation,so as to play their proper roles.
