摘  要:采用氢氧化铝(ATH)与膨胀蛭石(EVMT)制备阻燃SBS改性沥青,研究了ATH、EVMT及其复合物对SBS改性沥青阻燃性能和物理性能的影响,探讨了ATH/EVMT复合阻燃剂对SBS改性沥青的阻燃作用机理。结果表明,ATH/EVMT复合物对SBS改性沥青氧指数的提高显著大于单掺ATH或EVMT,表现出了良好的协同阻燃效应,掺加10%ATH和10%EVMT的SBS改性沥青氧指数达到25.2%,高于掺加20%ATH的SBS改性沥青的氧指数。在相同掺量下,ATH/EVMT复合阻燃剂与ATH对SBS改性沥青软化点和低温柔度的影响相近。XRD分析表明,掺加ATH/EVMT的SBS改性沥青的阻燃机理为气固相协同阻燃。Flame-retardant SBS modified bitumen was prepared with aluminum hydroxide (ATH), expanded vermicu- lite (EVMT) and their compound. The effects of ATH, EVMT, ATH/EVMT compound on fire retardant and physical property of SBS modified asphalt were investigated. Flame-retardant mechanism of ATH/EVMT in SBS modified bitumen was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) test. The results show that the compound of ATH and EVMT can increase the oxygen index of SBS modified bitumen more significantly than the single doping of ATH or EVMT, which indicates that the ATH and EVMT have a flam-retardant effect. The oxygen index of SBS modified bitumen with 10% ATH and 10% EVMT could reach to 25.2%, which is more than that of SBS modified bitumen with 20 %ATH. At the same dosage, the ATH/EVMT compound has similar influence on SBS modified bitumen's softening point and low-temperature flexibility to single ATH. XRD analysis results indicate that the flame-retardant effect of ATH/EVMT compound in SBS modified bitumen is gas-solid phase synergetic flame retardancy.
