摘　　要：工程实训是教育计划中的实践教学环节。本文介绍当前机械交通学院针对农业机械类专业农机监理推广方向的少数民族班在"3+1"培养模式下对工程实训的方式探索和内容探索,以期提高农业机械专业少数民族本科生实训效果,加快少数民族专业人才的培养历程,推动学院实习实训改革进程。Engineering training is practice teaching link in excellent engineer education program. This paper intruduces exploration of teaching method and content aiming at students from minority class of agricultural mechinery supervision and management department under ＂3＋1＂ teaching mode, in order to improve the practical training effect of minority undergraduates from agricultural mechinery specialty, accelerate training process of minority professionals and put the practical training reform process forward.
