摘 要:为掌握核桃分级破壳机的设计参数与物理特性参数之间的关系,为今后研制核桃分级破壳机关键装备提供基础理论依据,通过对3种核桃进行准静态压缩试验可知:1不同品种样本的外形有较大差异,三维尺寸大致为27.16~42.22mm;同时,样本的球度较高,故可近似为球形。2沿着不同方向挤压核桃的破壳力和压缩位移是不同的,沿着垂直于纵径方向挤压核桃的破壳力和压缩位移是最小的,沿着垂直于棱径方向挤压核桃的破壳力和压缩位移处于中间,沿着垂直于横径方向挤压核桃的破壳力和压缩位移是最大的;破壳时的压缩位移平均值为1.03mm。该研究为核桃分级破壳机的设计及优化提供了必要的基础参数。To master the relationship between design parameters and physical properties parameters within walnut grading and shell-breaking machine, provide the basic theoretical reference to development critical equipment of walnut grading and shell-breaking machine. Through the study of the quasi static compression test of three kinds of walnut shows:①the appearance of samples of different varieties have bigger difference, the three dimensional size roughly 27.16-42.22 mm. At the same time, the sample ball degree is higher, it can approximate to spherical. ②along the direction of different wal- nut of breaking force and compression displacement is different, along the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal di- ameter of walnut breaking force and compression displacement is the smallest, along the direction perpendicular to the rib size of walnut breaking force and compression displacement in the middle, along the direction perpendicular to the hori- zontal diameter extrusion walnut shell strength and the compression displacement is one of the biggest.
