摘 要:为解决传统水田复式整地机需手动控制、驾驶员工作强度大、工作效率低等问题,研制了水田复式整地机的自动调平控制系统,适用于水田粗整地、整平地。采用水平传感器获取复式整地机机架的倾角姿态,控制器为STC12C5A60S2型芯片,通过调节脉冲宽度控制三位四通电磁阀,实现液压油流向的变换,用安装在整地机侧面的调平液压油缸实现整地机机架的自动调平。对自动调平控制系统进行了田间试验验证表明,该系统满足水稻插秧的农艺要求。In order to solve the traditional paddy soil tillage Equipmente in low work intensity, problems of Low efficiency, which the reexamination of paddy field level tillage of automation, operating manual machine was developed with au- tomatic leveling control system and was applied to the rough rice land preparation and land leveling. The reexamination of tillage Equipmente on working attitude was gained by using the level sensors, and controller for STC12C5A60S2 chips. The hydraulic oil flow to transform was achieved by adjusting the pulse width control three four-way solenoid valve. Site preparation frame of automatic leveling was achieved by using the hydraulic cylinder of soil tillage Equipmente on the side. It was proving that field texting with the automatic tuning level control system, and the test results show that the system not only meets the demand of agronomy, but also suitable for agricultural production.
