摘 要:秸秆作为一种重要的生物质能源,与传统矿物能源相比具有诸多优势。我国的秸秆资源相当丰富,且随着我国农业机械化水平的提高,许多作物秸秆已经应用在饲料生产等领域中。然而,我国粗茎秆作物的机械化收获仍存在很多问题,其中切割技术是收获过程的关键环节。为此,通过查阅国内外相关文献,简述了国内外粗茎秆作物切割装置的研究概况及现状,指出了目前我国秸秆收获时切割技术中仍存在的问题,着重对回转式切割装置进行了介绍,并提出了促进我国秸秆收获机械化产业发展的相关建议。As a kind of important biomass energy, straw has many advantages compared with traditional mineral energy. China's straw resources are very rich, and with the improvement of the level of agricultural mechanization, many crops straw has been applied in the field of feed production and so on. However, there are still many problems in China's crude stalk crop harvesting machinery, including cutting technology is a key link in the process of harvesting. In this paper, by reviewing the related literature at home and abroad, this paper introduces domestic and international thick stalk crops cut- ting device research and the current situation, pointed out that at present China's straw harvest cutting problems still ex- isting in technology, mainly for the rotary cutting device are introduced, and put forward some suggestions to promote China's straw harvest mechanization of industry development.
