摘  要:藜麦由于其富含有人体所需的各类营养,在国内外市场上广受欢迎;但目前市场上藜麦的收获装备还存在较多的问题,且特别针对藜麦脱出物物料特性的相关研究还较少。为实现藜麦收割后脱出物中瘪谷、带壳藜谷、茎秆及颖壳等夹杂物的有效分离,提高设备分离、清选性能,本文分别对藜麦脱出物含水率、密度、休止角与悬浮速度等物料特性参数进行了测量与分析,得到了藜麦脱出物的基本特性参数,为深入研究藜麦脱出物的分离机理及进一步完善联合收割机分离清选性能提供数据支持。The Quinoa was widely popular in the domestic and foreign markets as it was rich in various nutrients which needed by the body, but but there are still many problems in quinoa harvest equipment market, and the related studies on the material properties of quinoa mixture is llittle. To achieve effectively separat the shriveled quinoa, the unhusked qui- noa in the husk, stalk and glume etc, so as to improve the performance of the separating and cleaning equipment. In this paper mainly test the materials of water content, density, repose angle and suspending speed we can get the basic parame- ters of quinoa threshing. Form the test, it can support some data for us study the mechanism of separation of quinoa thres- hing and further improve the performance of the combine' s Separating and cleaning system.
