摘 要:马铃薯种植过程中,播种是十分重要的环节,播种质量的好坏将直接影响马铃薯的产量和质量,最终影响种植户的收入。播种单体是马铃薯播种机的核心机构,播种机具的工作效果由播种单体的效果决定。为了提高马铃薯播种机的播种精度,重点解决马铃薯播种机在播种过程中出现的易伤薯种、重播漏播严重及株距不均等问题,重点研究了马铃薯机械式取种技术。为此,综合国内外有关的马铃薯取种的先进技术,并以解决市场上播种机械普遍存在的问题为目标,对马铃薯机械式取种技术进行完善和改进,使其达到最佳的工作效果。Seeding is important segment during the process of potato planting. Seeding quality will affect the yield and quality of potatoes directly, and ultimately affect the income of the farmers. Seeding unit is the core institution of potato seeder, which determined the working effect of potato seeder. In order to improve the seeding accuracy of the potato seeder, solve the problems such as seed injuring, seeding absence and plant spacing disproportionation during the process of potato planting. This study aims to solve the common problems among the products on the market, mainly studies the mechanical seed extraction and comprehensive advanced technology about seed extraction at home and abroad. Improve and complete the mechanical seed extraction of potato seeder to optimize the work efficiency.
