摘 要:小型甘蔗收获机刀盘振动对甘蔗宿根切割质量有着显著影响,蔗地路谱激励是影响刀盘振动的主要因素之一,车架是传递振动的主要路径,因此有必要探究蔗地路谱对刀盘振动的影响和车架的振动特性。为此,通过试验模态和有限元模态的对比分析,提取车架的固有频率及振型,建立车架的刚弹耦合虚拟样机模型;通过刀盘振动采集试验,验证了蔗地路谱对刀盘振动影响显著;实地采集典型甘蔗地貌振动路谱,获取激励位移信号。受迫振动分析表明:8.0Hz频率下的蔗地路谱对刀盘轴向振动影响最大。Vibration of small sugarcane harvester's cutter has a significant impact on the ratoon cutting quality.And road spectrum excitation is one of the main factors influcing vibration of cutter.At the same time, frame is the main path of vibration.So it is necessary to explore the effect of road spectrum on vibration of cutter and vibration characteristics of frame.Through the contrast of experimental modal and finite element modal, this paper obtains the natural frequency and vibration mode, and establishes the rigid-elastic coupling virtual prototype model of frame.It's verified that road spectrum has significant effects on cutter's vibration through cutter vibration test.And typical sugarcane geomorphic vibration road spectrum and excitation displacement signal are acquired.Through forced vibration analysis, it is found that road spectrum of 8.0Hz motivate the biggest influences on axial vibration of cutter.
